    Its been confirmed some games will use the region lock for dlx as international laws have not changed

    The region free quote you speak of is for bluray games not downloads

    gta5 has been confirmed by rockstar to be region locked due to regulations in japan and various countries laws

    I live in Latvia. Also there was a region Latvia. I changed the region on England and the subscription was confirmed. Thanks for the help.
