Region change problem

Discus and support Region change problem in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I had a black screen on one x then I reset it and it worked.     I had a black screen on one x then I reset it and it worked. Now my region and location settings are locked to one country and its China l can't change the setting even if l go to settings..HELP

    Region Changing Problems

    You should only change your account region if you moved to a new region. Just changing it for any other reason violates the TOS.

    Sorry to hear it. For the issues with your region please try the steps at this link to change it https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/update-microsoft-account-country-region

    In regards to the 8C150009 error code, once you have changed your region try deleting then redownloading your gamertag to fix it.
