can I have a agent look at this and message me or email me. Looks like you can't message people here.

Ive called the agents acting as they trying to help, when they point me to the refund forum. Even one agent from webchat mention his going to directly message me and help me. Which was false. At one point I got a reply xbox 360 pinball fx 2 dlc been delisted and not comparability for xbox 360. My response in my head was "what?"

I've been emailing back and forth with zen studios up a year. Couldn't find out why the tables I bought from xbox 360 didn't transfer to xbox one pinball fx 2, regardless the xbox one version is delisted. Cause some dlc from xbox 360 did transfered. I read from as post

You need xbox live gold (play the game xbox 360 4 tables, they register for xbox one) doesn't work. However you need xbox live then purchase the dlc. The dlc from xbox 360 transfers to xbox one pinball fx 2 shows up (manage games and addons) I have all the dlc pniball fx 2 tables xbox 360 which all of them transfer over to xbox one pinball fx 2 But 4 tables those I purchase not having gold.

I explain to them couple times already. Kept going on they won't give me a refund. I don't want a refund. Redownloading the dlc doesn't work I tried. The only solution I can think of. They refund 4 of those dlc (xbox 360) then I rebuy them again while still have xbox live. While rebuying them after they refund me. Those dlcs will transfer to xbox one. I even asked just genenrate the dlc codes then. Which they aren't able too. One agent mention I should ask for a refund.

The XBox ONE is more than capable of playing 360 games.

Look at "Pinball FX 2".

Pinball FX 2 was superseded by Pinball FX 3. Unfortunately, not all pinball tables available made the jump from Pinball FX 2 for Xbox 360 to the same game on Xbox One, let alone all the way to FX 3. Things to check, just to be sure:

First, make sure you're signed on using the same Microsoft account that bought the original tables. Second, with Pinball FX 3 launched, go to the main menu page of the game. You should see a list of button options towards the bottom right corner. One of
those should say "X - Import Tables". Press this, and it will scan your account and import tables that you own on your account AND are eligible for import.

What tables are you missing, to your knowledge?

If you are seeing the -1 points, I'm guessing you're trying to purchase Pinball FX through the demo correct?

Pinball FX was removed from the marketplace and replaced by Pinball FX 2. Once you purchase Pinball FX 2, you can purchase the tables from Pinball FX as add-ons.
