Hm, I have 150 currently, which is close to the same amount I had when I first was rewarded.

Have any of you had any problems with the pending process? It says the August survey's points is pending for me, yet I was rewarded immediately after its completion. I'm assuming that's what is keeping me from receiving anything.

any points you accumulated after the first of a given month you won't recieve them until the next month. reward points are only credited to your account once a month. so if you currently have 150 points in your account you will receive them by the 15th of
november.
