    Regarding Voices of War MixPot


    Hi there,

    I already have the Voices of War REQ Pack for Halo 5, but I was wondering if there was an alternative promotion I may be getting in its stead or if I would get the pack and get REQ Points when opened? I followed the steps outlined in the MixPot FAQ and watched
    on the correct date (April 15th).

    If there isn't anything, it's no issue. Either way, I just wanted to know.

    Watched the Halo HCS Finals on mixer through my Xbox One. Have not received the Voices of War Req Pack. Would appreciate any details as to how to resolve this.

    What are you experiencing on your end when you follow the MixPot FAQ?

    Any specific error code/message when you try to redeem or access this content?

    So, to clarify, I already have the Voices of War REQ Pack, but I was wondering if it was possible that I would get something in lieu of the Voices of War REQ Pack, an additional copy of the pack, or nothing.

    So far, I have not gotten any code nor any sort of error message.

    If there's nothing in store for somebody who already has the pack, it's no problem. I was just wondering if there was.

    I'm afraid for this, there wouldn't be an additional copy of the pack nor a different prize seeing as though you already own the content.

    If this is something that you'd like to see changed in the future, we'd love to hear your
