If you have not received the V-bucks by now then you most likely were not eligible for the promotion. As they have all been issued and this promotion is over 3 months old.

The promotion states it can take upto 14 days to get your Vbucks by code in an xbox live message

If the vbucks were part of a promotion with the prepaid code you purchased, there would either have been an additional code with the card or you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to get a code from them. Otherwise, the promotion
through Xbox requires that the subscription be purchased with a credit card, so prepaid cards would not be eligible.
