Kindly turn off your Xbox and unplug the power cable. Wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn on the console.

And then check for system updates. Kindly make sure that your console is updated to the latest firmware version. Go to Settings > System > Updates & downloads and check for updates.

Next is to go to Store> Search for the game> Install.

Please perform a power cycle on the console by completely shutting down your Xbox by holding the power button for about 10 seconds.

Unplug the power cable for a couple for 2 minutes.

Plug it back in and restart your console before attempting the download again.

And then sign out of your Xbox account and then sign back in. This can reset any licensing or download issues that might be causing the error.

If the game appears to be partially downloaded or stuck in your download queue, cancel the download.
