Regarding the Xbox series X

I know it's way early to be asking questions on the Series X and I'm not sure I'm asking the right questions correctly so please bear with my ignorance.

I've read a couple things about the series x, one, being able to record your gameplay. But due to the lack of any definitive statements, how will it be done?

I'm guessing that if it's possible to record gameplay with the X360 and X1 many here could offer info on how it can/will be done on the series x.

Not knowing any better, initially, my intention is to record 2 of my Splinter Cell games and upload them to youtube. I've done it via PC with many of my other PC games and it's pretty straight forward.

1. Will the series x console record it to its internal main SSD or only the 2ndary/backup SSD, (once one is purchased and installed) or will there be a link from the Xbox to the PC to store the gameplay?

2. If so to either of the 1st 2 aspects of the question, can you also edit the footage on the X or must one transfer the footage to the PC and edit it there?

3. I saw an ethernet cable port at the back of the Series X if this is hooked up to a router will I be able to send the footage to the PC via the cable?

4. I see 2 USB ports, will they be the link to a PC for data transferal?
