    Hi there, I Preordered the game on the 4th of September 2020 and it was $97.41. I have the proof that the money was taken out of my account and I have the deal that shows i payed for it. I would Just like to know why Yall took my game away from me if I
    had already payed for it. I still do not have my game back. I have played it and i enjoyed it but when it was said that i did not purchase the game, that kinda made me upset.

    What version of the game have you purchased? The series X/S versions will not be available to Pre-install until November 10th 2020 according to the following:

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.
