    Problem with a delievery representatives are taking it easy but I have all my information on there Micorsoft should AtleAst replace me the Xbox I called for a week and a half I expected more customer care I am a gamer I represent micorsoft Xbox if you can do something about this tbay will be great

    I'd suggest being patient. There are a lot of delays right now in processing orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I know Microsoft is working to get all orders delivered as quickly as possible.

    i ordered mine 17th October, order status says fully dispatched, and the hermes tracking info just says, hub trailer via sorter. I previously had my order status set to back order until this morning when it updated.

    I rang asda direct this afternoon and the woman said, she couldnt tell me the exact time to when it will be delivered, but it will be today. She said they deliver up to 7pm.

    Its now nearly 18:15, and personally, i cant see it being delivered today. Its really wound me up. What is the point in pre-ordering something to be delivered on the day of release if it doesnt actually get delivered. Hermes website states that next day
    delivery, is next day. Numerous complaints about hermes as a delivery company, apprently they use self employed couriers, who no doubt, dont receive the parcel, or clock off early.
