Regarding Klondike solitaire..Easy.

there should be a little gear icon at the bottom of one side of the screen that will let you alter the game settings. Difficulty may not be changeable from harder to easier in certain games, some games only scale up in difficulty. If you have no option
to do so, back out of the game until you're at the menu where you can choose your game. From there you should also be able to scale difficulties in various game modes.

Was the game that had the advertisement Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or was it just titled Klondike? If the game was just Klondike, then that has nothing to do with Microsoft/Xbox. Only Microsoft Solitaire Collection does. You can also report the game on the Microsoft Store page under Additional Information by selecting Report This Product.
