    can you stop replying with the terms and conditions please! Im asking for help because i dont understand them as i have a learning disability or i wouldnt ask you for help. I have about 700ish gems everything pretty much out of stock or something i dont
    want so what will happen to my unspent gems and credits?

    okie so ive hit just about 700ish gems but it seems everything is going out of stock now? is this because its moving to one reward syste ( MICROSOFT REWARDS?) is it going to be rubbish like Microsoft rewards where it is just sweeps?

    Regarding gems

    If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

    If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

    Im sorry to hear your frustration regarding this, but I believe they will exchange remaining gems into Microsoft credit in the future.

    Black Soul Gems can hold Black or White souls.

    The Artifact Black Star is the only Black Soul Gem that ONLY holds humanoid souls.

    Black Soul Gems hold Humanoid souls of any race. They can store souls of Imperials, Argonians, Khajiit, etc.

    All Humanoid souls stored in a black soul Gem are automatically Grand Souls regardless of the level of the humanoid.

    Only White souls have differing levels of Gem strength.
