Regarding DLC Over Multiple XB1's

I pre-ordered the Forza 5 LCE which came with lots of add on goodies. I received an Xbox One for Christmas that was kinda for the family and have been playing on it with none of the DLC codes activated yet. Sooner or later I plan on getting an Xbox for myself
and was just wondering if I would still be able to play the DLC I redeemed on the old XB1 also on the new one I plan on getting?

Why can't I watch my tv without the xbox one powered on

I just spoke to Microsoft Support regarding TV not working when XB1 in standby. It's something they are aware needs fixing in UK, but did state Xbox One should NOT be left on for long periods. That was good enough for me to disconnect Sky from my XB1. Our
TV is on far more than the XB1, so I'm not risking over £400's worth of new gadget for the gimmick of being able to switch between TV and game using my voice. I'll just use the (now archaic) remote button which is just as quick.

Yes. Since the content is tied to your account you would just redownload it on the new console.

Yes, it's fine to download DLC (free or paid, regardless) on multiple Xbox 360's. The content is always attached to the gamertag it was purchased/downloaded on.

I'm in US and all of my team is now having the problem. But it's only after they restart their 360's. However, I can play on XB1 but my stats on my level, etc did not transfer over. Level 13 on 360, level 7 on XB1. Doesn't match up.

With regards to IE10 can i add & save bookmarks as an option? Can i watch streaming sites using IE on XBox One?

Whilst i'm playing a game can i share what i'm doing to Twitter using the controller?

The Xbox One is DLNA-compliant is this correct? So, if i find an app to make my phone or tablet as a media server will the XB1 (in theory) find my files and stream them over the XB1's Media Player?

If i find a nice wallpaper over at Bing or Google is there an option within IE to make that wallpaper as my console's wallpaper? And Is there a way to look for more wallpapers using the Xbox One?
