    Regarding discount refund


    I purchased a game recently for 2500rupee waited for a long time for a discount but didn't see it then i decided to buy it anyway after few days the discount came ,its showing now 1250 rupee

    Is there any way i can get the rest of the amount refunded or a discount for another game on my request?

    You have missed the chance to purchase the item for a significantly lower price because the discount was offered few days after you have made your purchase. It happens to me on several occasion as well and what I did is to make sure to catch the next sale or look for other best deal. Just to set your proper expectation that here in community forum, we do not have the tool to process sale and make changes with product offer. The best way to address your concern is contacting our live support channel to check if they can still make any difference with your request, however there will be no guarantee if they can reverse the process especially if purchase has been made already.

    • Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
    • If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.

    Hello Anna,

    Sorry for the issue with charges. You will have to fill out a
    refund request form
    and try get the money that way. If you get a decision you will have to reply to the email with the decision to get further help. We here on the forums are unable to provide any such refunds as we don't have access to any accounts.
