    Regarding connectivity & Customer support


    Average 20 minute wait time for phone call, Been at position 1 for live chat for over an hour now. Apparently the entirety of the support team is having an office lunch party, But Connectivity to xbox servers is beyond sketchy. I can watch youtube on my
    xbox, but cant connect to game, i am posting this so apparently i have an internet connection and it is a problem on xbox side not mine. What makes this worse is that it seems xbox has an intern on the live service status desk for the day, because everything
    says normal excluding forza. what gives? can someone hop onto live chat? update service status? and maybe help the customers?

    Sorry, but that's just how purchases work. Not just on Xbox. Even with physical discs, most places won't return the game once it's been opened.

    Every purchase you make does state that there are no refunds before you complete the purchase. They have started relaxing that a bit and allowing 1 refund a year, but generally you can only receive a refund if there is an actual issue with the game, not
    just because you don't like the game.
