Regarding account suspension

User name was suspended for language and abuse issues yesterday. We need it to be known that the registered user was not the person who made these comments. The console was accessed by his brother without permission leading to the suspension.
The user has never been suspended prior to this and always obeys xbox live user rules. We understnad suspension will end at 11.45pm today. however under the circumstances was just wondering if this can be lifted. We (his parents) have now passcoded is
xbox console so no access can be granted to anyone but user. Any email correspondance can be forwarded to his parents on ********************** . Thank you Kaye

If your account was suspended then they did in fact do a investigation. Any and all questions regarding bans/suspensions need to be directed here. The XBLPET are the
only ones with information regarding account acction leading to suspensions and bans.

Sorry to hear, however, Enforcement does not use the forums. 24 hour suspensions are also not eligible for review.

It doesn't matter why or how many times someone files a complaint on a person. The enforcement team will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct.

The enforcement system works just fine.

I've been on xbox live since it began & have never had any type of enforcement action.It's not difficult to follow the simple set of rules everyone agrees to.

You do not own the games,you pay for the license to use those games & that license can be suspended or revoked at any time,something else everyone agrees to.

If someone tries to bait you into responding & you do so in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then that is completely down to you.

I've had people try to get a response from me,i just reported them & blocked them.Simple really.

There's over 55 million xbox live users & 99% of them have no problem with the enforcement system so to say it's one of the most hated features on xbox is just untrue.

Would hate to think xbox live would be like without the enforcement system.
