Please note that no one here including Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links or modify account details for security policies

So if the hacker changes all the information associated with the account then you will be unable to recover the account even if you give the old details?

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the recovery form but the automated system refused to reset password despite giving correct details.

Is there a way to connect to a person to get this solved? I don't want to be charged recurrently on my card on an account that I no longer use. I tried the contact us link but no luck in getting a person to chat / call to fix this issue.

Recovering accounts like this requires you remembering your email and details.
