Refurbished controller shipping

Hello,

It can take some time for shipping. Once your tracking number has been shared with you, it will need to be picked up by and scanned by UPS before any progress shows on your tracking number. I assume you purchased this from Microsoft, or this is a Warranty Repair service you're speaking about. If it is a warranty Repair, you can visit Device service and repair to check your repair status at any time here.

If you purchased from another retailer, you would have to contact that retailer.

Thanks for the replies. When you gt a controller repaired, it is replaced with a new one. They are not refurbished. This is why you are unable to get a controller repaired that is out of warranty. If they were refurbished you would be able to. We are sorry
that the one you got was damaged. This could be a shipping issue. As suggested we recommend sending it back. Also an important note: if they test out the controller you sent in and there is nothing wrong they send it back.

Usually they ship a refurbished console since it would take longer to repair a console and send it back. There's a warehouse in Kentucky that they ship from.

I'm on my third console...

#1 disc drive noises

#2 refurbished xbox one had processor fan problems and no wireless controller would connect over 3 feet

#3 pending being shipped back to me

They just grab a refurbished console odd the dtack and ship it back. You will not have your console retuned, and are definitely not guaranteed a Scorpio back, and i wouldnt recommend paying the $100+ just for cosmetic damage.
