Refuning a PC Xbox game

I bought Forza Horizon 3 on PC but after downloading it and trying to open it, it seems that my graphic card isn't good enough to run it so therefore I need to get a refund for the game, how do I do this?

The Witcher 1 remake as parting gift for XBOX 360

I know its on pc as are most Xbox games but im not a pc gamer i prefer Xbox,this are Xbox Forums afterall.Its not the first time somebody wants a game from another system on the system they have,when pc gamers want some game on pc that is on Xbox they dont
buy an Xbox for this game.

Mais le jeu n’est pas un jeu Xbox jouer n’importe où, aussi la version Windows 10 du jeu n’activera-t-elle pas les succès obtenus sur la version Xbox One.
S'il figurait sur la liste de jeux où que vous soyez, si vous le possédiez numériquement soit sur Xbox One, soit sur Windows 10 (et non sur tout autre service DRM, Windows 10 Store), vous le possédiez sur les deux systèmes.
Donc non, actuellement, il ne partagerait pas les réalisations.

It would but the game is not an xbox play anywhere game, so the windows 10 version of the game will not activate achievements on the xbox one version. If it was on the play anywhere game list then if you own it digitally on either xbox one or on windows
10 (not steam or any other DRM service, windows 10 store) then you own it on both systems. So no, currently it would not share achievements.

You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.

I'm sorry to hear a refund you requested hasn't arrived to your account despite being approved.

First, it is important to ask that please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, order numbers, etc.

As community users like you, we are not able to enter or check your account information, and everything we comment can be seen by anyone on the internet.

Not only that, but this was a known issue with the refunds system and a lot of people (including me) didn't receive the refund.
However, Microsoft recommends filling out the following refund form one more time and once they review your request again, the money will arrive in an estimated time frame of 3-5 business days if it is re-approved.
