    So I recently tried to refund 20$ worth of vc (wouldnt show) and they denied it now I do know what to do with like checking ur email and responding but they never gave me a email regarding the denial I’ve even contacted support and they told me the same thing I just wanna get my 20$ back someone please help I can’t find the refund department email.

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends
