    So I've bought a game and it's been fraught with issues. I'm thinking of refunding it, but it was paid by mobile payment, if I refund the purchase, how does that balance out the charge to my phone bill?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    It will depend on your phone bill's policy but in Microsoft, once a transaction has been refunded, the money will be credited back to the original payment method.

    Hey there, AkIra57350! I was wondering if we could clarify what you are asking here. Are you asking to be able to buy DLC or a season pass for Call of Duty Black Ops 2 on your mobile only? Or are you trying to use your Microsoft Currency for your location
    to purchase it? And what exactly do you mean the subscription is removing your account?

    Hi there,

    Not all mobile providers are partnered with Microsoft as approved providers for this special type of payment method.

    Take a look at this article for all of the approved operators for different regions and how to add the payment option to your account:

    I recommend removing and re-adding this payment method and if it is still not working I would recommend to contact your mobile operator and ask if they are partnered for this payment method.
