    I want make a refund

    I don't know when did I set for automatic deposit for Xbox live but my card history told em that I set the automatic deposit.

    According to my card history, I made the payment on September, 29th of this year. I don't want to pay for Xbox live because I don't have my Xbox one with me now.

    So, I want to request for refund.

    How can I get refund?

    I can not claim a refund for my xbox live purchase

    even with the automatic renewal canceled I was charged another month of xbox live and wanted to request a refund but I can not request

    As mentioned by xcor, these duplicate transactions are usually refunded automatically as they are recognized by the system.

    Alternatively you can submit a refund request just incase the refund is not automatically processed.
