    How To Change Region of XBL account.

    it does not matter changing the windows live id does not change the ownership

    and it is against the terms of use to transfer or trade accounts

    Hi there.

    At this moment in time, it is not possible to refund a digital game purchase from the Xbox Store. As stated at the time of purchase, refunds are not available for digital purchases. Unfortunately it is also not possible to transfer purchases to another account.

    Smwutches is correct. Console bans are not reversed regardless of change in ownership.

    Your only option to play online would be to return it to where you bought it for a refund and then buy a console that is not banned.

    Thanks everyone, I believe this needs to change and we need to start a serious discussion on this with iTunes, xbox live, and movie studios. Since we don't physically own this content then we should not have to pay ownership prices people. Just having access
    is not ownership and we should not be charged for ownership. Something is seriously wrong with the pricing model.
