    Refunding money


    At 20 Juli I bought a Xbox live gold membership. I accidentally bought it 3 times. Because i didn't received any proof of purchase.

    So I cancelled 2 of the 3 purchases. But the money was already written off my bank account. After this I received an email saying that this 2 purchases are cancelled and that I will get my money back. And now I am almost waiting for 3 weeks for my money.

    I heard someone saying it will take about 3 work days to refund the money but as I said I am almost waiting for 3 weeks for my money of any reply.

    Can someone please help me with this problem.

    Refunding my money

    On the 12th of May I arranged for an Advanced Exchange due to a faulty xbox one and instead of taking one payment of £310 they took 3, totalling £930 which has still not been refunded to my account. I have encountered over 2 months worth of bank charges
    and Microsoft are blaming the bank but the bank are stating that they are not stopping the payment being returned to us. We have been with the same bank for years and never had a problem so I am inclined to believe them over Microsoft. I was also told 14
    working days to return the money and I am still waiting.........

    Money not refunded

    Fyi it can't take upto 60 days

    For fraud (Yes I went thru the proccess )

    It's due to the vanilla policy

    On the bright side

    Regular refunds takes 5-7 business days with vanilla once ms issues it again due to vanillas policy

    This is why I use crypto visa debit cards they are faster and don't have hidden fees or wait times

    If the purchase doesn't show on the link, then not to worry, it means the transaction failed and the money will be refunded back to your account automatically within 24 hours. You don't have to do anything else.

    It it does show, then To get a refund, please go here and copy the the order number https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    Then use it to fill out this form https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/forms/request-a-...

    After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 72 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.
