Refunding an Xbox One S that was shipped to me.

I ordered the Xbox One S 1TB Minecraft Bundle during Black Friday.

Note that this is my first time ordering something online and having it shipped to me.

It kind of sketchy that I came home and their is a box that looks like its been beat up left on my front porch with no say or anything. Then opening the box seeing that my xbox box that is supposedly brand new looks like one side got crushed. I bought this
with the intentions of giving it to someone who is a techy/gamer person. I just want to know is there a way I can refund this product or exchange it? I am very dissatisfied with the way my order was handled. Probably my last time ever ordering something that
I paid good money for and it came looking like someone stepped on it. Even Aliexpress brings me things packaged way better then Microsoft itself. That tells you something is wrong... very wrong..

Ordered Xbox one S on Black Friday and never received

I ordered an Xbox one S bundle on Black Friday and despite it saying shipped, the order was never sent. The UPS tracking info says that the shipping label was created but the item was never dropped off. I already had to purchase another bundle on amazon
so that it would be here in time for christmas. How can i get a refund?

I've tried contacting support via phone and was supposed to receive a call from a manager, however no one ever contacted me back.

Please Help!

I'm already sick of xbox one s

I got a bad xbox one s, had to send it back for repair the same day. These cheap bastards sent me some cut rate Fed x shipping label so it takes 5 days to get to the repair facility and another 5 days back I'm thinking of refunding on my credit card and
getting a ps4

No one didn’t refund it I just wanted my item shipped and I went to check on my order and it said delivery failed processing refund

I just pre-ordered the Xbox One S at Best Buy, having it shipped, and am keeping my Elite console too. I'll keep the Xbox One S in the living room to go with the 4K TV and the elite in my bedroom.

I requested the refund over the phone with a Microsoft employee before they switched over to online only. In my order history, the page says delivery failed, refund is processing and says it should take 4-7 business days. If they already are processing the refund why would I have to request it? Also, that form doesn't seem to be for physical purchases, I bought an Xbox Series S and cancelled the order entirely as it was not shipped out in a timely manner.
