    Hello Microsoft, I am filing a complaint because I have not received funds for my refunds and I have not gotten any emails for information on the progress of the refunds. You have not contacted me and it is if you
    are trying not to refund it because this purchase was unauthorised and used with the wrong account and I end the money back as I need it for other things. Could you please reply and resolve this issue as I would like to receive my money back as It will only
    be refunded in 14 days and I will not be able to refund these gift cards. Thanks

    If these gift cards have been used, I don’t think they can be refunded unfortunately.

    I recommend speaking to Microsoft Support if you had a bad experience with their products.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately once a gift card has been redeemed it cannot be refunded, as the code has been used.

    You cant get refunds on giftcards but you can get the money back on a debit/credit card, or your account.
