Refunded money or money transactions

So i refunded a game, couple days ago and i received an email that says the game refunded and the money. Should be on my account soon, it's been couple of days anyways so there's "money tracking" option on my payment and billing when i check the transactions it shows the games that i have bought but it doesn't show if i received the 65$ from the refunded game i want to make sure that the money has been sent to me from microsoft before contacting the bank,

Actually, you only receive an email when the refund request is approved and done.

You don't receive an email once the amount is available on your bank account or been Microsoft account's balance, depending on the method you use to first purchase the content.

What you just said is already been told i know how it works and i have asked microsoft support team but the problem they don't have access to really solve the problem they gave me some info , but my question is can i track the money can i see if the money been received can i tell if they gonna send me an email or something that says , hello your money has been sent to your bank account,

There's already an option to see the transactions on my account but i am not sure if it shows the money that has been send to me or not

Cause what i see is

The games that i've bought and the subscriptions and the refunded game, cause for some reason i've refunded a game 3/4 months ago and i didn't get the money back but i didn't care because it was 5$ game and i have asked the bank if there's possiblity that the bank didn't accept the transaction,

The refund works that way, after the refund request is made, it can be approved or not, after approved, you receive a notification that your refund request has been approved and Microsoft asks for 7 days to actually refund the amount spent.

When the refund is made, you are also notified via email, and from then on, Microsoft asks for up to 3 business days for the amount to appear for you, however, if the purchase was made using your credit card, the refund will be available on your credit card bill within 7 business days at max.

They didn't steal just wait a month or so and you'll get refunded if you didn't received any code or any transaction your money will be refunded

Your only recourse is through paypal since you stated before "Microsofts system shows that PayPal refunded the whole amount.". Paypal just sees one transaction total. And paypal can only dispute the transaction, not a part of it. When Paypal disputed the
transaction, that was a dispute on the transaction as a whole. Paypal got all of the money back and gave you 2.70. Microsoft can't do anything for you when paypal has your money
