@Microsoft why cant i get a refund on a game i purchased, You gave me a refund on a gift which was the wrong refund and then refused to give me a refund on a game I double purchased?

I purchased FF15 in August 2017

I purchased a gift FF15 royal edition...

I wanted the dlc for FF15 royal edition and accidently purchased the FF15 a second time...

I requested a refund and you refunded me the gift...???? Why???

I requested a refund for the correct order and i now get rejected so i own two digital copies of FF15 and my frind is out of luck because of your mistake on a refund thanks i bet this wouldnt happen over at sony

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

Xbox Live hard to cancel

I have called them and even if you meant to cancel after the charge has been made for the next period they won't give you any sort of refund. I was only one day late in calling to cancel and I still could not get a refund with them. The only thing they would do is not automatically renew it when came due again.

Xbox Digital Product refund page has been filled out and it was denied then there is really no other options, sorry bud. Feel free to post again with any other issue or inquiry!

 

Did it got my refund rejected because microsoft got it wrong

 

@microsoft I need you to pay close attention before thinking about replying because while you try and make me look stupid see below:

August 2017- purchased FF15

October 26 2018- purchased FF15 gift

October 26 2018- purchased FF15 again (mistake wanted only dlc)

October 27 2018 refund given for Gift... wrong it was supposed to be for the FF15 I purchased on my account not the gift october 26 2018.

Unfortunately the only way to get the refund processed would be through the
Refund Request Form. Once the request is submitted, the information submitted is reviewed and if within policy then the refund should be approved, of course if it is out of policy then the request will get rejected.
