Refund?

When should we expect one on all purchases?

It is okay to end support of this product but it is not okay to shutdown the service within the lifetime of the hardware. Give us an ability to download the product and everyone will be okay with this.

Can't redeem or buy anything

I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

Please help asap

They probably mean the feeedbacl forum not the support forums

If they said they cant refund you as per the terms of use and conditions that you afgreeed to your only option is to use the money

No company is obiligated to refundd digital cash as it is already used

You can use itnon movies or a game or music

 

Totally agree. I would be disappointed if they cancel the service. I'm pretty *** off that they are shutting down something i paid for within the lifetime of the hardware.

 

I wouldn't be as annoyed if I could just access the stuff offline. But nope, they are completely removing access to ANYTHING related to Xbox Fitness, which is some ***.

 

Yeah, this sucks. Why can't we just download and keep it? This makes no sense.

Yes this is crap.... My wife is going to be furious.... We have spent money on these apps thinking she will be able to use them. First they totally drop the kinect now this.... The kinect and fitness was the main reason we chose Xbox instead of playstation.
I expect to be refunded or just let us download the videos and use offline.

 

it was totally bittersweet doing my workout today after reading this... I mean... Xbox Fitness changed my life...it truly has, ive gone from being a total couch potatoe 40 lbs overweigth from 190 down to 132 ...all of it and now added muscle at 143(not
a tall person btw lol). but its the best shape ever, because of work and family this was the best solution for me to be able to get on a workout routing, rather than just simple videos, or finding time to go to the Gym..., ive spend 140+$ on content this year
alone and I have a whole daily routine setup where I work out a total of 2 hrs every single day. Bought me MSFT band2, a whole slew of other workout equipment to intensify the workouts...

THIS IS TOTALLY DEVASTATING... PLEASE MSFT, REconsider what youa re really doing and make something happen where people can get a last change to get some of the content they have paid for and some and use it offline after service is done being supported

Except for the fact that this announcement makes me really sad, because i really enjoyed XBOX Fitness, I just want to say that this is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I spend over 100€ for Workouts und you just decide to make my purchase unusable? THIS IS AN EXPROPRIATION
AND I WON'T ACCEPT THAT. If you really do that and don't refund me my money I guarantee you to take legal measures and I will aim for a class action lawsuit.

You should better clarify quickly or a shitstorm is sure to follow.

 

I'm not happy about this at all. I spent money on something that now is gonna be taken away. I feel like I'm being robbed. This is something that should be able to be downloaded and kept for the lifetime of the console at the very least. This is why digital
is bad for business, because your stuff can just be stolen from you!!!

 

If anyone convinces Xbox Support to give you a refund, let us know so the rest of us can try. I'll be trying tonight when I get home.

I just bought severl contens last week,including P90X,MOSSA FIGHT,ABS,POWER,YO 30and zumba last week.

and after aweek ,you tell me i will use this for a year? as a company with a good reputation ,do you think it's fair to your fans .

I'm so dispointed .such a ridiculous decision and anyone can tell me it's legal?

 

I think we all should consider a class action if refunds are not going to happen. They just took away content that we have purchased. We should continue to have access to that content, PERIOD.
