As has been suggested, there are plenty of checks to prevent accidental charges. You simply chose to ignore them for one reason or another. If however, it is an issue, feel free to call 1-800-4my-xbox and go to the billing department, and they may or may
not be able to refund the accidental purchase. I say may or may not, because you basically on get one refund for accidental purchases. Mind you, refunding the money will remove the content license so you will no longer be able to use the purchased content
if you are lying. And if for some reason it doesn't remove the license and they catch you playing the content without purchasing the content again, it is a bannable offense.

I bought minecraft dungeons from the official website minecraftdungeons.com and I bought minecraft hero pass for dungeons on microsoft store on my web browser but it wont install and it wont link to my xbox live microsoft account which is linked to my minecraft
