Refund:warfare breakout

My friends wanted me to buy this game and came to my house and bought it over my visa/debit card the next day i did not know i had it ,so i played the game to see what the game was like, it was trash and it was the worst game ive ever played. the 30 mins
later i found out they bought the year pass and i got really really mad at them so i requested a refund and then TWO DAYS later it said “reqeust denied”,no info what so ever, on why they declined and know im super mad at xbox for STEELING my [mod removed]
money .Warface:breakout is the worst game ever and xbox is deni’ing my reqeust.GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOW

I do not like it all that much and I loooooove Gears of War. I feel like shields and health are depleted WAY too fast.

Haven't played it yet. Too busy enjoying BR starts in Slayer on Eden and Regret. Apparently it requires a lot of team work though and I mainly play solo.

I used the more frequent item drop, maxed out my fire arms, and the defensive one. Also did the breakout one. I switch breakout and defensive ones depending on the level.

It is possible that you have played for over 2 hours, you might be able to get a reason for them denying your refund request if you email them back about it.
