    REFUND SINCE SERVICES NEVER WORK?


    So do we as players get a refund on our monthly subscription of xbox live since xbox live never works? I mean everytime i try to play im greated by another error message directing me to the website. The website doesnt ever help or say anythng helpful.
    There is never any customer service representitives to actually answer questions. There is no eta there is not anything except a website that will misdirect you until you end up here posting.

    We are boycotting the local Gamestop due to severely insane customer service, the tools that work at ours are all idiots and refused a refund of something that was eligible for one. I have heard of Half.com but never checked it out, how good are their prices?

    How to I get a refund for Xbox live services that I never seem to get since live is always down. Now I can't use my xbox for anything. Can't even play offline games. All 2 that xbox even has.

    REFUND SINCE SERVICES NEVER WORK?

    There is currently a service alert up affecting the ability to play digitally downloaded games but Xbox is aware and working to fix it Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

    Going by what usually happens, there are not usually refunds for the time a service alert is up.

    Unfortunately there no form of refund or compensation in instances like these. Unfortunately these cases can happen and as stated in the

    Microsoft Service Agreement     that you agree to when signing up, Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result of these outages.

    I do apologize for the inconvenience but keep an eye out on the
    Xbox Live Status     page to keep updated on this matter.

    Guess its time to switch to playstation. At least what i pay for with sony will actually function properly.
