Kindly check your spam and junk folders just in case you have received your refund results. You can also try to check your game Modern Warfare 3 status if it's refunded by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased the game.

If you haven't received any email refund result, try to resubmit another refund request via their refund web form:

Thanks for that! It works. Issue is still happening as of Nov 22, 2023 though, but your workaround is fine.

XBOX GAME PASS ultimate canceled June 16, 2022 and refunded without my request.

I had subscription for June 4, 2023.

I followed your advice by contacting the refund team directly, but unfortunately my request was denied with the following comments:

"We understand that you’re following up on the refund request placed on 03/08/2023.

We’ve performed an additional review on the account and found it's not eligible for a refund.

We can’t provide a refund to this request. Our refund policy does not allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding."

Could you advise what else can be done as my problem was not solved?

Actually I received the email for the purchase on Nov 7 so I'm not sure why it says Nov 8.
