Refund request was only half completed LOL

So I was browsing the website looking for something to buy with my gift-card. 50 dollars. I settled on some Call of DutyWarzone points. I bought 2400, 1100, and then 200.

Somehow, along the way, they converted to Cold War points? And I do not own this game, and therefore, can not spend them. They do not work in Warzone (yet, every operator and gun from the latter game does lol)

I had a request to refund the points back, so I could just go IN GAME and buy them this time (my daughter was using my Xbox at the time, which is why I used the website).

They refunded the 2400 points, for 30 dollars. And denied the other 1100 and 200, effectively cancelling 20 dollars worth of my gift card lol. Support says I can't call or chat about this issue, and if I request another refund they can close my account temporarily
or permanently?

I am at a loss for words, here. I have had an Xbox LIVE account since the first Xbox. I have never been left in the dark like this. I understand Covid has made support a little slower and harder to get, due to working from home, etc. but to say I can't even
chat about this "odd" glitch / request is weird.

No-one on here can help with this, it needs to be done throught the refund system

As to why it was denied, "getting bored with it" is not a valid reason for a refund. And they don't give half refunds and certainly not because you got bored after only completing half the game

That’s what the person on the phone said and I have done it four times over the last week and a half and according to the status page only the original refund request was submitted
