Refund request terminated, falsely.

Hello Xbox community!

On November 3rd, I bought a game from Microsoft called Minecraft. I played the game for around 11 days (I didn't accumulate that many hours on the game either), and I also didn't enjoy the game that much. So, I requested a refund on 11/14/22. The next day, they denied my request. even though I met all the requirements. They said, "It’s been longer than our refund policy allows for digital game products." Around 2 days later, I called Xbox Support. They said, "You just need to send them (the refund team) a screenshot of your purchase in your order history." I did so. still got terminated. I called Xbox Support again the next day; they checked my order and said, "Create a new refund ticket and put your order number on the ticket." I did so, and I got my order terminated. So, can anybody please resolve or help me with this issue? Thanks!

Try replying to the email received.
If your reply is denied, unfortunately is not possible to get the money back

May I know if you played more than 2 hours or a bit less the game or if you left the game opener for a while?
I ask this because usually the refund request is denied once you pass this play time (in some cases can be a bit less)

If yes, probably that’s why the refund is rejected.

If yes, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

Please note that no one here in the forums can issue refunds or similar

I can not request a refund because the order does not show up when I hit request refund. It was purchased under a false email address.
