Refund request processing

This page will walk you through the process of requesting a refund. You can reply to e-mails received from this process with any

Yes you can process a refund at xbox.com/refunds and if its not listed anymore in the list, you can manually request a refund by signing in here https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

Try this from Xbox Support:

You can start the refund request process for any Digital Game Product by signing in to the account that made the purchase at
xbox.com/refunds. Tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We use this information to improve our products and processes, and to hopefully minimize the need for future refund requests. If
we grant refund approval, you’ll see the refund being processed on your Microsoft account, and you’ll no longer be able to use the content. The refund may take a few business days, and you may want to check with your bank to ensure the applicable payment method
has been properly credited.

Unfortunately the only way to get the refund processed would be through the
Refund Request Form. Once the request is submitted, the information submitted is reviewed and if within policy then the refund should be approved, of course if it is out of policy then the request will get rejected.
