Refund request not working!

I'm trying to get a refund on a game that my little brother accidentally purchased. I tried doing the refund process online but it's not working. I go through all the steps for the refund but once I get to the actual refund form the webpage freezes and
I can't do it. I tried it on my computer and on my phone and it was the same thing. I called Microsoft support and they couldn't help me out. They just kept telling me that they can't do refunds and that I have to do it online. Is there any other way to get
my refund processed?

request form through a different web browser. Also, we will provide steps on a different way to access the refund request form. This method allows customers to access the form through the section of our website that allows anyone to
contact us. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to access the refund form through the "contact us" link:

Click the support link we provided
Select Billing & accounts in the category area
Select See other options
Select Request a refund

Xbox Support for assistance. However, they do use that refund site normally.

I'm sorry to hear a refund you requested hasn't arrived to your account despite being approved.

First, it is important to ask that please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, order numbers, etc.

As community users like you, we are not able to enter or check your account information, and everything we comment can be seen by anyone on the internet.

Not only that, but this was a known issue with the refunds system and a lot of people (including me) didn't receive the refund.
However, Microsoft recommends filling out the following refund form one more time and once approved, the money will arrive in an estimated time frame of 3-5 business days.

You can obtain the order number by checking your Microsoft account order history.
