    Refund Request Ignored - Why won’t you respond?


    I purchased a movie through VUDU on August 12 2020. The movie would not load so we tried ro purchase the movie twice thinking that it would woek the second time. It did not.

    So we called VUDU and they told us that xbox wasnt connecting and we couldnt watch it by purchasing on the xbox. So we bought it on our computer and watched it. And VUDU cancelled the previous two purchases made on xbox.

    xbox still charged me for both, and I requested a refund and got one back. The other was declined with no explenation. I requested again, I responded ro the email that they are suppose ro respond back within 72hours. I was ignored and never got a response

    VUDU cancelled the order so there was no way xbox could deliver the product. They still have not delivered product nor issued a refund and just stole my money because of their mistake. Their error.

    Ive called customer care, ive chatted to no avail. Im making it public now because im sick of being ignored. I want a response.

    so why has no one contacted me back to correct this error??

    Hello kris! He has already requested a refund and is currently waiting for their respond. We hope he will be able to refund it, but we dont ubderstand why can't I reedem the code even though our regions match. Thank you for your respond!

    I understand you need help on your refund requests.

    In any case you have a request that got denied, you can respond to the email to dispute the decision as this email will go directly to the refund team that handled your request.

    It is either that or you request another refund providing the specific reason as to why you are asking the refund.

    To request a refund, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Why don't I see my purchase in the list?" after that, you can submit a refund request through a form and add as much detail as you can to help with your request, also you will need the order number to process your request.

    The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

    Did I just get ripped off by Microsoft for madden??

    You can resubmit the refund request form again and/or respond to the email you received denying the request in order to contact the refund specialists.
