    Refund Request for BF1


    I am home sharing my XBOX ONE with a friends XBOX ONE. He has BF1 on his XBOX ONE and home shared it with me. During a day he had his homer sharing turned off and I foolishly bought BF1 in order to have access to it. I was wondering if it could be refunded
    to my PayPal account as the home sharing was back on the next day and there was no need for me to have my own copy of BF1.

    Hi. I wonder why there is no mail available for support so I post it here. (sorry for some bad english)

    I bought a game in the Xbox One Store but it has some serious issues and was not advertised as being in English only. So I want to ask if I can return it and get my money back please.

    I bought Starpoint Gemini 2 in the German store and it had a German description. But the game is 100% English and this was not visible in the store before buying it. If you buy a game in the German store and it has a German description it should be German,
    right? And it has some serious game breaking bugs where you lose your progress, too. I asked the developer but they just said it was mandatory to add a German description, but they forgot to add the note that it is only available in English. And it says in
    Microsofts rules that I can return bought things in the first 14 days (and usually you get your money back in Germany if the bought product is either broken or was advertised with wrong things (like missing info about it is only in english) even if it was
    a digital purchase). The developer made a mistake and it was not my fault that I expect a German game from the German store when it has a German description. I had a similar problem on Steam and got the money back without any problems.

    Even the Dev says he is sorry for that but for Refunds I have to talk to Microsoft.

    2. Once logged in, locate the order. Then click on "Get order help".

    3. This will start a support chat with a representative.

    4. Once in chat, request for a refund. I explained how currently a rented server does not display in the server browser, making renting a server pointless.

    Note: You will need to quote the order number located at the first link.
