Refund Request for Accidental Minecraft Realms Purchase

If you purchased Minecraft for Windows you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds but if you have accidentally purchased Minecraft Java Edition you can request a refund here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

That would then detract from the entire point of the refund request. There is a section on the refund form specifically for accidental purchases.

For your refund request ( an accidental purchase ) it can be denied if it does not meet the terms and condition of Microsoft. Possible that the item was purchased for more than 5 days when you requested the refund or you already have a previous refund
for the same reason
