    refund request denied to due maximum refunds within a year


    hi I tried to refund dolby atmos after accidentally purchasing it again after I had refunded it previously. I had also refunded even earlier as well but that was so I could get something else instead. I was not satisfied with the product and I wanted to get a refund but it was denied. Is there anything that can help me?

    I've had this happen to me a few times, and while its kinda ridiculous the system is set like this, I don't believe there is anyway to gain a refund.

    Sorry for the issue with the refund. Unfortunately, you will not be able to fill out the refund request form. The form is for English based countries like USA and Canada. If the refund was denied due to previous refund, there is not much you will be able
    to do. Due to the previous refund is why it was denied. I will be locking this thread as there is nothing anyone on forums can do for this issue.

    Update:

    Second refund request denied for the time period, even though the initial refund was within the allotted time period, and I haven't played the games.

    You wouldn't be guaranteed a refund. Per the refund policy, the game is eligible for a refund if you submit a request within 14 days of purchase and with very little play time. If they consider playing the beta a considerable amount of playtime, they can deny the refund.

    The policy for refunds is that you request the refund within 14 days of purchase and that it has not been played more than 2 hours. So if the total time you ended up playing it was over 2 hours, your refund would have been denied. There may also be other
    factors the refund specialists look into, but that would be a case by case factor. You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to try to contact them or try submitting a new refund request.
