Refund Request Denial

Hello did they give you a reason why they wouldn't refund??

Did you play the triology first before sending in the refund request? Because if you did that most likely could be a reason for denial. Another reason for denial could be if you requested refunds to many times. Hope this is somewhat helpful

Sorry for the issue with your refund. Unfortunately, the refund request is the only way to request a refund. There is a certain team that deals with just refunds. If you were denied and replied to the denial email di you ever get a response? That is the
only way to appeal a denial. Support will direct you to the form as they do not do refunds any longer. There are many factors when determining a refund, not just the few you mentioned.
