Refund policy on in game content purchase

I purchased some in game content for Xbox MultiVersus game and I didn't receive my Character so I asked for a refund. I was denied because it's a limit to how many you can get a year. I had two last year and this would have been 1 for this year, but should that matter if I paid for something and didn't receive it I should be entitled to my money it's not like I pick the wrong item and I want my money back. They offered a product I paid for it and didn't get nothing, taking ones money for services and not providing them that's a form of stealing.

Please let me hear what yall think.

I understand it's a limit but to deny me and say to many for the year. This would be the first and the only reason is because I didn't receive anything for my money. It would be different if I picked the wrong thing or changed my mind then I could understand. I've asked Microsoft about this refund.

All I can do is see if they decide to do what's right because if they said no for that reason then I should get it, one for the year is not to many and they go off the calendar year not a rolling year..

In-game content and currency or consumables aren't refundable on any platform

Prepaid card rules apply

Yes as therr is a limit on different types of refunds

If they see you are abusing the policy they will limit your refunds

And worse limit your buying ability

Don't abuse it

In-game content generally aren't refundable as mentioned

Once Consumed you can't revert it

You have to ask.the developer

Not xbox over the issue

If ita a loot box where drop rates are different like idle champions where characters aren't guaranteed you roll a dice and get random.characters than you got the loot just not rate drop rate you want

How can I challenge the refused refund? This policy is in contradiction to Norwegian consumer laws. All digital content purchases are protected with a 14 day return period.
