    I preordered destiny twos beyond light but i got two different versions on my account. How do i get the smaller item off? I got charged for the same preorder two times. Didnt mean to order it two times. Please someone help. Honest mistake theres nothing
    i can do on the site since it doesnt let me. I order alot of lovies and games and hardly ask for refunds since i can afford the games but this last time it was super unexpected. Please someone help fet this resolved. Theres no cancel order option available

    i cant cancel and reorder as the preorder bonuses have expired,

    it allows me to preorder without the added bonuses(which expired) and that went through and send paid - so i refunded it.#

    i presume it allowed me to do that because they are different packages or something.

    Please note that if you used a credit card to make the purchases, you might only see the refund on your next credit card statement/invoice. You can call your bank in the next days to confirm if the money was refunded to you.
