    You can try submitting a refund request for it at xbox.com/refunds or fill out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund. You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

    Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

    I can not request a refund because the order does not show up when I hit request refund. It was purchased under a false email address.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been charged for a purchase you didn't authorize, and I know how important it is for you to get a refund for the charge. Since you are unable to locate the charge, we highly suggest contacting Xbox Phone Support so they can help you locate the account using your card details as well as help you get a refund. You will need to provide the billing information you have, including the billing number, date, and amount charged. Microsoft will investigate the issue and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
    You can request a callback from Phone Support through this link: Contact us | Xbox Support or other option you have is contacting your bank to report this charge as unauthorized and file a dispute.
