Refund on my warthunder please?

Can I please get a refund on my j35xs Saab pack in warthunder because my account in that game is gone and I tried and tried to get it back and gaijin said they can’t do anything about it and I really want this refund.

The in-game items cannot be transferred on Xbox's end, the purchase has already been delivered to the in-game account. If it can be transferred to a different game account, it would be done by Gaijin's support team.

Hey it’s James hi I did check but unfortunately I can not refund the item but is there any way for me to transfer the game pack to a different account thanks

In-game items/packs are usually not eligible for a refund if they've been redeemed and used. Purchases made more than 14 days ago are also usually not eligible to be refunded.
