Refund on dawn of Ragnarok

I tried to request a refund on dawn of ragnarok but was denied, the purchase was paid for using Microsoft cash and removed instantly … but the TOS say I have up to ten days prior to release to cancel a preorder… I’m thinking the system kicked the refund back because it was paid for and saw the transaction as complete and went over x amount of days since order.. I have no option to call anyone any help from support would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

Did you get an email detailing the refund denial? If so (and haven't already), try replying to the email and explaining the situation...the reply will be elevated to a specialist person rather than the automated first line.

I did get an email with a link to the refund denial, I will reply to that right now and see how that goes thanks for your help.

Dawn of Ragnarok was not included with the Ultimate edition. It has to be purchased separately.
