    I setup my account to let me know couple days before the subscription was about to being charge, but I never got that notification, and today I got a charge for the subscription. I want a refund for that.

    Got asked to re-use my subscription

    i think the 1 dollar susbcription is for first time users, you can check with microsoft when you call to ask for the refund
