    Refund of money spent for the Xbox Game Pass.


    Good afternoon, I want to return the money spent for a subscription to the Xbox Game Pass. Subscription has been renewed today. I needed it in order to play Forza Horizon 4, but since with this game
    I have constant problems, crashes, etc. I don’t want to use this service and I want to get my money back.

    Good afternon, you should go to your service and subscription section on your profile, from there you can cancel the gamepass and get a refund.

    It sounds like it could be a corrupted download. You may be able to fix it by uninstalling the game, Then clearing local saved games and the MAC address before installing it again.
