Refund of BF1 rental server fee

Discus and support Refund of BF1 rental server fee in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; As it currently stands BF1 rented servers can not be searched for in the server browser, this cannot be done by changing the filters, nor can be it...     As it currently stands BF1 rented servers can not be searched for in the server browser, this cannot be done by changing the filters, nor can be it done via selecting a "quick match" in the lobby.

    Due to which server rental at the moment is a mute point, and an expensive endeavour in futility.

    I have contacted EA for a refund due to this, but due to the billing be done via Microsoft they palmed me off to here. So my question is how can I apply for a refund from Microsoft??

    You'd have to contact either phone or Zune support directly for that. Unfortunately Forum Support can't help you with a refund issue like this. Sorry!

    Now, I know it says there are no refunds when you rent a movie through the Zune... But the servers just crapped out, apparently. In this case, do they give refunds? Or, at least extend the rental?

    1. Click on: Sign in to your Microsoft account

    2. Once logged in, locate the order. Then click on "Get order help".

    3. This will start a support chat with a representative.

    4. Once in chat, request for a refund. I explained how currently a rented server does not display in the server browser, making renting a server pointless.

    Note: You will need to quote the order number located at the first link.

    I spoke with them via phone around 11pm est and they said they hope it gets fixed soon but there is no estimated time. Just mentioned that it will get fixed. If it was a rental then they would refund points spent on it. The just need to fix those servers.
